π« No Returns β Exchange Only
We do not offer refunds or returns. However, we are happy to accommodate size or style exchanges within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Exchanges are accepted only once per order, and are subject to product availability.
Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
β οΈ Non-Exchangeable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable:
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items
Items marked as final sale
Personal care items or accessories (if applicable)
Items returned after the 7-day window
π Damaged or Defective Items
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once approved, send the item back to: [physical address]
Note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
π Gift Orders
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, youβll receive store credit for the value of the returned item once it’s approved. If the gift was shipped to the buyer, the refund (if applicable) will go directly to the original purchaser.
π Shipping Your Exchange
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable courier service β we do not guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
